The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a cash immigration initiative managed by the Immigration Programs Branch of the Government of British Columbia. This program allows the province to select and nominate foreign workers, businesspeople, and students to meet the demands of British Columbia's labor market, address the government's priorities, and support the province's economic growth. If selected, you and your family can apply to become permanent residents of Canada through IRCC.
Candidates for the mainstream programs offered by British Columbia Skills Immigration must have a job offer from a business based in the province. Unlike other programs, a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is not required for an employment contract to qualify for British Columbia Skills Immigration. For regional nominations, specific eligibility requirements may apply.
